Intention.

The intention is seek the opinions of students and the staff who authorise training courses - initially for Professional qualifications such as ICSA.

The purpose is to identify the key elements of training providers which are important to students and which aspects are less important. The aggregate results will be made available to trainers.

Why do students choose a particular college? On what basis do they rate it when they get there and have started the course?
