Presenter: Peter Van Duzer
Peter Van Duzer is a non-practising solicitor and freelance company secretary. He is author of Companies Act 2006 - A Guide for Private Companies (published in March 2007) and co-author of Jordans Company Secretarial Precedents. He is also a longstanding contributor to the Loose-leaf Secretarial Administration. Peter frequently writes and lectures on the Companies Act 2006 and company secretarial matters. His previous roles included senior manager in the company secretarial team at PricewaterhouseCoopers and company secretary and senior solicitor of Jordans Ltd.
