I have taught ICSA courses since 1988, firstly Company Secretarial Practice ( CSP) and now Administration of Corporate Affairs (ACA) and in between Management Policies and Principles and Management of Systems. My students have higher than average pass rates and include 4 prize-winners I delight in my students' successes - several are now PLC Secretaries, others hold senior positions in the voluntary sector and the professions in UK and elsewhere.
