The purpose of the company is to maintain the living environment of the Eden estate. Lessees contribute to the upkeep the directors arrange for work to carried out in accordance with the leases, company’s rules and the general law. The directors present the accounts after audit to the shareholders and explain what they have done.

The directors can be removed at the annual general meeting or exceptionally at an extraordinary general meeting.

It is useful that you can contact directors and others throughout the year to raise concerns and seek advice.
