The Group brings together the heads of their company secretarial departments to discuss matters relevant to the development of their business.
The Group's convenor practises as a Chartered Secretary in public practice, is an experienced lecturer in company secretarial practice for the ICSA exams, and has also published several articles on technical and technological issues.
Businesses seldom compete on company secretarial work, unlike mainstream legal or accounting work. This Group enables committed and like-minded practitioners to work together to develop the company secretarial function both as a service to add value to commercial enterprise as well as a source of profit.
