Teaching ICSA |

I have taught ICSA courses since 1988, firstly Company Secretarial Practice ( CSP) and now Administration of Corporate Affairs (ACA) and in between Management Policies and Principles and Management of Systems.
My students have higher than average pass rates and include 4 prize-winners
I delight in my students' successes - several are now PLC Secretaries, others hold senior positions in the voluntary sector and the professions in UK and elsewhere.
The courses run for three months from September to November and from February to May each year.
For May 2004 I am also offering three two-day revision for compulsory subjects in the ICSA Professional Programme Part 2: these are Corporate Secretaryship, Corporate Administration and Corporate Governance.

What do I offer?
A focused approach to passing exams, combining practical experience of the tasks of chartered secretaries and teaching methods and handouts and . . . . awful jokes!
